Dough Diaries

Sourdough is a true labor of love. When Kristina invited me over to capture her passion for dough and the zen it brings her, we decided to turn it into a story and push the boundaries of what we could achieve. By the end of our test shoot, we were absolutely bubbling over with joy!
Documenting this simple starter and all the deliciousness that followed was a day well spent.
