Dough Diaries

Sourdough is a true labor of love. When Kristina invited me over to capture her passion for dough and the zen it brings her, we decided to turn it into a story and push the boundaries of what we could achieve. By the end of our test shoot, we were absolutely bubbling over with joy! :).

Documenting this simple starter and all the deliciousness that followed was a day well spent.
